What is Coaching?
You have probably heard about coaching and wondered how it can help you. And with good reason. Some people think coaching is therapy, some think it is new age semi spiritual thing. However, coaching is a tool for you to reach your goals, grow as a person, and see your problems from a new perspective. We use coaching to help managers, teachers, and students grow at the educational institutions. It is embedded in the way we work, and often you will not notice it at all.
However, we have been asked if we could run private sessions as well. We have decided to offer this as a part of our focus on mental well-being. Since our focus for 2026 will be on our Prevention of Violence and Harassment course (link here), we have decided to keep this offer running throughout 2026.
Every coaching session is different, and there are no right or wrong when you are being coached. Coaching is not therapy! Is it away to create more clarity, and get a gentle push towards the goals you wish to reach. What we talk about in the sessions are up to you. Some of the subject we could talk about is

Charlotte is our certified coach, and she has worked with students, managers, alumni, and educators. The private sessions are confidential, and you choose what we talk about.
In light of the Prevention of Violence and Harassment, this could be a topic we could work on.
Please note, Charlotte is not a therapist. She is a coach who can help you move forward in your job or in your studies, but she cannot diagnose or heal specific psychological diagnoses.
