This seminar is all about navigating an international environment in an educational setting. How do we communicate in an international environment? How do we respect each other? How do we understand each other? How is the interculturalism between the different departments? How do we communicate within our organization? These are the element I will talk about during this 2-hour seminar. The seminar can take place at your educational institution, or we can arrange a venue in the UAE. This seminar is for a minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 25, as the participants are encouraged to ask questions during the seminar. The seminar is held by Charlotte Skjald. Charlotte is our coach as well as our communication expert. She is educated in interculturalism, has taught at a maritime college and has lived abroad for many years.
