Train The Trainer: Prevention of Violence and Harassment at Sea

The new PSSR module on Prevention of Violence and Harassment at Sea, is new territory for anyone teaching in the maritime field. Most teachers, educators and trainers, are not familiar with teaching a soft skill course, where psychology plays the major role. 

 

This Train the Trainer online course will give you the tools you need to teach the new PSSR module on Prevention of Violence and Harassment at Sea. 

This new module is not about teaching a skill, but it is creating a mindset change in your students, so they act differently at sea. 

 

We are following the STCW Code, as well as the IMO and ILO, to ensure what you learn, is in line with what you have to teach your students.
